Winston P. Walker entered the commercial real estate industry in 1988 as a real estate appraiser. He was one of the first individuals in California to attain a General Appraisal License (currently inactive), and specialized in the valuation of multi-family, office, retail, industrial and high valued residential properties in Northern California.

In 1991 he began working for Bank of America in the Risk Management group, and was eventually promoted to Vice President, and managed nationwide Real Estate Valuation Quality. Winston is an industry expert in Automated Valuation Technology and the application of valuation modeling in the risk management arena.

After eight years at BofA, he went to work for FNC, Inc., a new technology firm that focused on real estate collateral information technology. He relocated to Texas in 2000 and began to work with many of their large clients, and eventually became the first National Sales Manager for FNC.

He moved to C&S Marketing in 2002, as Vice President of Corporate Accounts. C&S Marketing was a rapidly growing real estate data and analytics company, and Winston focused on providing consulting services to their larger clients, including Washington Mutual, Wells Fargo, Banc of America Securities and Bear Stearns. C&S Marketing was eventually renamed “CoreLogic,” which was then purchased by First American Corporation. First American CoreLogic is now the largest provider of real estate information and analytics in America.

In 2009, Winston began working with KW Commercial, and is focused on the leasing and sales of commercial properties in the Dallas Ft. Worth area.
