Johnsy joined KW Commercial in 2009. He is an experienced business professional with over 16 years of corporate experience working for Fortune 500 companies. He held many roles which included design, world-wide business development, marketing, and product and personnel management. Throughout his career, Johnsy has won multiple awards as both in individual leadership and as a contributor to various teams. In those roles, Johnsy has traveled globally to meet with customers at worldwide locations. Some of the international locations include Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, China, Singapore, Malaysia, India, Finland, Norway, Austria, Slovenia, Germany, France, Spain, Greece, Turkey, Italy, Switzerland & Canada. Therefore, he is sensitive to the needs of clients of different cultures as well as local clients having been a resident of Texas for over 33 years!
Johnsy’s technical background, hard work ethic and a “client first” focus has helped him secure hundreds of very satisfied past clients resulting in Millions of Dollars in Revenue per year for his previous employers. He focuses on the leasing and sales of commercial properties in the Dallas & Ft. Worth areas. With an office in Frisco, Johnsy is a member of the Collin County Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors as well as a candidate of the CCIM Institute.
Johnsy currently resides in The Colony, Texas with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, volunteering at his church, playing sports and traveling.
He graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a B.S in Electrical Engineering in 1994 and an M.S in Electrical Engineering in 2002 and has been awarded multiple patents.
