Selection of the right location has resulted in more business for less cost to her clients.

Teaching Philosophy
Susan’s goal is for her students to come away with a true understanding of the core concepts taught in CI-101 so that they will (1) be better consultants to their clients and (2) be excited and motivated to go the distance and become a CCIM.
A distinguishing difference is that Susan came from a large brokerage house which gives her the perspective of looking at real estate from the corporate point of view in addition to the investor point of view.
Education
Susan graduated in 1976 from Stephen F. Austin University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration and history as well as earning her Texas Teachers Certificate. She held a California Fire & Casualty Insurance Solicitor’s License, running an independent insurance agency from 1976 to 1979 at which time she started her real estate career with Cushman & Wakefield. In 1994, Susan earned her CCIM designation.
Personal Background and Interests
If I wasn’t a real estate professional, I would be a nutritionist. I love to read, garden and travel.
