Moore Matthews is an associate with KW Commercial-McClure specializing in land sales, site selection and Buyer/Tenant representation throughout Tarrant County, Texas where he has resided for 25 years. His clients include residential and commercial developers as well as private investors.
Prior to joining KW Commercial, Moore's career incorporated significant real estate work involving corporate expansion, site selection, lease negotiation and private investing. As a Regional Director for Staples, Inc, he focused on rapid expansion within the Southwest assisting in office openings throughout Texas and in the major market centers in Oklahoma and Louisiana. As an owner of a large distribution company in Dallas, Moore focused on site selection and lease negotiation as internal growth demanded. He also was a partner in a company that designed and built large "Suite Style" salon/day-spas and still works today as a consultant in the Health and Beauty industry helping clients with site selection, lease specification and building design. Clients include investors and companies in Texas, Florida and South Carolina. Finally, Moore has been a private investor in real estate for many years.
Moore is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin. He lives in Keller with his wife and college sweetheart of 30 years - Debby. They have one son, Matt, who works as a representative for Otis Elevator in South Texas and have also recently welcomed to their family Matt's fiancée, Catherine Smith. Moore's hobbies include running, hunting, helping on the family ranch in south Texas and keeping up with the University of Texas football team!
