Jim McKissack

Jim McKissack 19+ years of experience working and investing in commercial real estate and with Keller Williams Realty since 1990.  My real estate career has totally evolved in the past 19 years. Since joining the profession of real estate in the early 90’s, I have been listing, developing and selling commercial property along the I-35 corridor from Dallas to Denton and North Texas area. Director of Commercial at Keller Williams Realty – Denton office, my credentials also include the CRS designation in the National and Lone Star divisions. To expand my experience and knowledge in Commercial Real Estate, my personal investments include commercial office buildings, multifamily apartment complexes, a restaurant, Mortgage Company, residential/commercial land development and single family residential rental properties.

I have a great eye for land use and development of residential, office and retail, from land purchase to the final product.  I have a great deal of experience in the multifamily arena.  I have owned, operated, bought and sold many multifamily apartment complexes. “I enjoy taking a project from land acquisition, to development to building the end product.”
