Lee D. Goldbold serves as Senior Director for KW Commercial - Dallas DFW. Prior to joining KW Commercial Godbold served as Chief Operations Officer for Sperry Van Ness Dunn Commercial. Godbold served as owner/president of the Godbold Group, LLC, a business consulting and sales training and management consulting for companies worldwide while also serving as a facilitator for DEI Management, an international sales training company located in New York. His responsibilities also included developing high-performance sales teams, sales channels and teams, sales channels and compensation packages in addition to creating and managing the company's profit and loss statements.
Previously, Godbold served as a regional sales manage for Lista International, a material handling company with U.S. Headquarters located in Boston, Massachusetts. While there, Godbold established the company’s distribution channels and government accounts in Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana, and was accountable for the region’s profit
and loss statements. As a dedicated and involved member of the community, Godbold has been a
volunteer with the Haslet Fire Department and an EMT-Basic since 1984, and currently serves as Captain; managing a staff of 35 volunteers and a yearly budget of $380,000. Godbold is also an Eagle Scout and serves as an Assistant Scoutmaster with troop 134 in Ft. Worth, Texas. Godbold
earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing Management from the University of
North Texas (UNT) in Denton, Texas.
