Ginger Townley, CCIM has been a veteran of the Central Texas commercial real estate markets since 1987 where she began her real estate career in Multi-Family management and sales.

She received the CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management in 2005, and the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation through the CCIM Institute in 2009.

Ginger is a full service Broker, specializing in Multi-Family and Mixed Use Developments through KW Commercial and her own property management company, Paramount Commercial Management Group. She has been associated with KW for over two years as a Senior Director.
